Is this method accurate for sexing very young Sebrights?

We are going to look at some sebright chicks today, and I remember hearing about a supposed method for sexing babies visually based on the color of their fluff surrounding their comb. I was just hoping someone would remember what that was about so we can experiment.

This may be a question better asked on the Seabright thread. If I'm remebering correctly, Seabights are a hen feathered breed, meaning the roosters don't get the typical long and stringy saddle and hackle feathers. They have the same short, round feathers the hens do. I'd just pick chicks that look healthy and hope for the best. Try the Seabright thread though, it's guaranteed they'll know something I don't since I don't raise them. Good luck!
