Is this mites?

Got a very upclose pick of this bug,has severel family memeebra and have seen them on my coop,their very very tiny.

Just went on google search and found different,are you sure?

Hey it's not mites. Mites don't have antennae.
I have seen people post pics of this same bug in their coops here. I tried to google it and closest thing I could find was ' bark louse' a little harmless garden bug that bothers people who keep ornamental trees.
Edit: make sure to look up the picture of the nymph. Adults have wings but tiny nymphs don't.
