Is this mold or urates or something else?

From the duck coop: Is this a hellacious mold infestation or is this just urate splatter? And, if urates, does this seem concerning or indicative of an obvious health issue?

Just did a pre-winter deep clean of the coop. There was only a little white splatter on the linoleum of the back wall before cleaning. It quickly returned which makes me suspicious of mold, tho the texture doesn’t seem quite right?

With the green bits it looks like poop/urates to me. If ducks drink a lot of water they can have squirt poops.
