Is this mold?

Hi everyone,

Since I've learned that is preferable to put dry leaves, herbs, plant material to cover the bare dirt to avoid puddles and create a suitable sustrate for the hens, last week I spread Cypressus leaves/needles in the uncovered run. Visually, I like it a lot and I was very satisfied. Yesterday was a rainy day and this morning I noticed some whitish spots which, at first glance, I thought was dew. Looking better there were thin filaments with tiny droplets over them that makes me think of some kind of mold. What I have to do? Get rid of all the bedding and return at the bare dirt? If it is mold, it's dangerous for the chickens? Here where I live it doesn't rain very often but when it rains it rains well.

Honestly it looks like a ground spider's webbing with moisture droplets, nothing to worry about. Saw this all the time as a child when camping in the woods.

Is that area really shady? Its possible it's a mostly harmless fungus that breaks down organic material but if you're able to dry that area out, it shouldn't be a huge deal. I don't think, anyway! It looks similar to what grows on damp houseplant soil if left too wet.

How you reassured me!
The area isn't very shady, but in the morning the sunbeams doesn't reach it. When I returned there, after a couple of ours, there were no more and the bedding was almost dry.
