Is this month old Barnevelder chick with a bright red comb a roo?

Hi, I think the extra Barnevelder chick received in my order from a hatchery is unfortunately a roo? Same aged sisters are included for comparison. The sooner I can verify, the sooner I can find this strapping young man a home in a more forgiving neighborhood than mine. Thanks for any help you guys can give.

Yes it is a cockeral, the red comb and wattles that his sisters do not have are clear signs.
