Is this Niacin Deficiency or something else?

Your ducklings are adorable. I concur, get the vitamin B complex and use it liberally. I had the same issue this summer with a jumbo pekin who just grew too fast. Her mates were fine, but I think her body was just different and she choose not to walk much, and eventually it became hard for her to get up and get around. I started by trying to just feed her separately from a little dish of feed with the vitamin B mixed in. Eventually I just mixed it with their food or water a couple times a day when I learned it wouldn't hurt the other ducks and it wasn't possible to overdose. Good luck!

Beautiful ducklings! Hope your little guy recovers quickly. You got some good advice, B complex is a must have in my home. That stuff works wonders.
This group is AMAZING and very informative. Sure, you can look online, but here you can actually get personal help and assistance with your specific needs. Couldn’t ask for a better group

I'm unsure if the first thread posted here in the duck forum but I’ll give it a go again. I have uploaded the video on his shaky legs. I’ve been giving extra niacin since day one and my 4 ducks have been on waterfowl feed as well. They are currently on 16% protein and they are now 5 weeks old. All the others are doing great and it seems to only be poor Franklin the blue runner who has this problem. He eats and drinks fine but he will get up with the others when I come out, but after a very short time, he will plop right down and stay there unless encouraged to walk. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Update: I went to tractor supply and they had 1 bottle left! Will be starting when I return home and will keep everyone updated on Franklins improvement. Thanks everyone!
