Is this normal? breast spot?

    i knocked off an easter egger (I think) cockerel tonight, he was heading for problems and annoying me with constant crowing, so I did him in. there's a greenish spot on the breast bone:

    those nads are a bit on the large size too, aren't they? is the one discolored?

    It almost looks like a bruise. I've never seen anything like that.

    Looks like a bruise to me too. I'd go ahead and eat him! Might have got it during the butchering process depending on how you hold the bird for slaughter.

    The nads are pretty average I'd say, if not on the small side. A roo less than a year old I take it? The darker one is probably sending blanks as they are supposed to be that white.
