Is this normal for a hen (video included)

This specific hen seems to do this often, and I've seen on other hen do this. Like they're eating or swollowing the air?

Behavior should be particularly evident after eating dry feed. Otherwise all birds do it. If eyes looked bad or lots of head shaking then be concerned.

Well, one of her eyes is bad, she got it poked out, so it looks like a blind eye, not sure if that would be a contributer? But I see no head shaking.

She looks happy and content. My hens do it especially when they are calm, comfortable, and I'm holding them, or they are getting ready for a nap.

Lets see other eye. Infection could promote more swallowing.

It was only swollen for a couple of days, it's fine now, she opens it as if she can see out of it, but I highly doubt she can.

I also tried treating her eye with a saline solution for a couple of days, it never got worse, only better.
