Is this normal for a POL hen?

I have chickens ages 14 weeks to 24 weeks.

Our oldest 2 are established in their laying pattern, but our newest layer at 20 weeks is every couple of days.

I’ve also noticed this shellless egg in the coop under their roost the last couple of weeks every few days….

It looks like someone is just pooping out egg whites/yolks? No sign of a shell anywhere.

The girls are on layer pellets with crushed egg shells in a glass Tupperware off to the side.

All the girls who are laying have nice hard shells.

I’m wondering if this is maybe another hen trying to lay? Is this normal for new layers to sometimes have this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I had the same thing to when one of my girls first started laying. I got shell-less eggs two days in a row then nothing for 2 days and she lays nice eggs now. Sounds like you’re doing all the right things to me I think it’s probably just a matter of time before it gets worked out. I would suggested adding in free choice oyster shells in case the crushed egg shell isn’t doing it for them.
