Is this normal for a rooster leg?

My 3 year old mixed breed rooster has this large bump on the back side of his leg. It’s not hot to the touch and it’s not squishy but hard like the rest of his leg. He’s not limping and it doesn’t seem to bother him, but his other leg doesn’t have one. I just noticed it recently and just wondering if i should be concerned.

I have treated him with Ivermectin several times for fowl mites, so I didn’t think it was scaly leg mites. I can treat him just in case, but I didn’t think it looked typical for scaly leg mites- but I haven’t had experience with that before. His toe scales seem fine.
