Is this normal for Cochins?

I have never had Cochin babies before. I have 3 cochins that are aprox 4-5 weeks old. Two I believe are pullets and one is a cockerel. I think that the front of them has a large bump. I have no idea how to describe it. Is it normal? They act totally fine.
