Is this normal for molting? Bloody feathers

I am in Western Pennsylvania. Here are photos of my coop and run. We have a fenced chicken yard that they are out in when we are home. And a coop that is 24 sqft with attached enclosed run that is approximately 90 sqft. 7 chickens.

It's been recommended to alleviate flock issues (feather pecking is one of them) the coop be 4sq ft per chicken & the run 10sq ft per chicken.

I have a 8 x 12 x 7 Chicken House/Enclosure (8x12=96/14=6.8 chickens) but will keep only 4 instead of 6 or more. Sounds "big" but it really isn't depending on the breeds you have also. I've had 5 Wyandottes but 4 BOs is enough, currently I have 4 Whitings and it's "just enough".

Yes they each have about 12.5 sqft to themselves in the run and 3.5 sqft in the coop. Also access to the chicken yard most of the time. I don’t think space is the issue. She has not been picked on for the past 1.5 years, this seems to be just because of the molting.
