Is this normal for rouens?

I agree with Wifezilla, if they came directly from the hatchery, they are not going to be different ages. Did they come directly from the hatchery or a feed store? Were they ordered as all Rouens or are you just guessing they are Rouens (as in were they part of an assortment or something)?

My first guess would have been that the smaller ones are Mallards, but there are other factors that influence size and speed of feathering. Are they all being kept together (with the same heat source) and fed together though? If so, then it is probably that the smaller ones are indeed Mallards or simply a variation in size. You will be able to tell more as they continue to grow, but I have noticed variations in size almost no matter what the breed. When you raise more than a few of a breed at one time, you will frequently see variations in size. I still strongly suspect the small ones are Mallards though (McMurrays gets them from Metzers BTW).

I ordered Rouens directly from McMurray......... shipped on april 25th, I recevied them wed april 27th. They were all the same size when I got them........... All of them have been housed together, with the ckicks who are a week older and the two goslings that shipped with them and survived, all being fed the same things, same routine etc.....
