Is this normal or does he have extra toes?

I'm new to baby chicks so I have NO idea if this is normal. I have 2 chicks. They look completely different and the other chick does not have the extra toes.

extra toes are normal in some breeds...so they would not be extra....I guess...anyways...not sure on the count there the pic is a bit small for me

If you click on the pic it should enlarge. I got 2 chicks, both are supposed to be bantams but they look completely different. SO cute though.

Looks like a silkie. They have 5 toes.
