I think it resolve on is own. I don’t remember I did think at time I gave the chickens some vitamins water and dewormed medicine. Also I will check for mites and lice.This happened before, did it resolve on its own or did you administer any treatment.
Hard to know what's going on, could be a fungal/yeast infection. You can apply an anti-fungal cream to the facial tissue to see if that makes a difference.
Check for lice/mites as well.
