I have this muscovy duckling she's about 3 weeks on Monday but I've noticed that she stands with her feet far apart even in the water. Is this normal?

It's something that sometimes happens in ducklings and chicks. I have heard that giving them B complex vitamins will help with leg problems
Is there a way to fix it or should I leave it?

You definitely shouldn't leave it as it will only get worse. You should give her B complex vitamins which will help with leg problems and make sure she's never standing on slippery footing for long periods of time. Some people have have to make braces for the chick or ducklings legs to help correct their legs. Has she had it for a while? If so it may be too late to fix. I'm no expert and I haven't had this problem yet, but this is what I would do.

usually splayed leg happens pretty quick after hatch but if she has been doing it a while you might want to try hobbles for a few days this link will take you to information. also the luiquid b complex is another way to treat weakness in their legs so very important part of keeping ducklings strong especially if we feed them chick starter which doesn't have adequate niacin for water fowl
