Can someone help and look at these photos and tell me if this is normal or what?

So the butt and the wing are a very normal/common occurrence. The wing appears to be just a "slow spot" in feather development. The butt is another place where chick down seems to be lost faster to new feather development. Unless the chick is being pecked at by others.

The breast on the other hand is a little more extensive than i have normally seen. It could still be natural but being completely bare is unusual. Is it getting around ok? Not pushing itself on the ground or rubbing against the sides of the enclosure? Are other birds picking at it?
Sometimes insufficient protein can cause birds to eat feathers including their own.
