Is this normal?

Is this normal? Just starting our flock, got these ducklings from TSC last Friday. They said they got them in the Monday prior.
I change their bedding daily, brooder lamp and brooder pad, try to give them fresh water every 2 hours if I am home and not at work.
They seem to be eating and drinking fine, but pretty much all 8 of these ducklings are developing what seem to be bald spots.
Any help is appreciated!

I don't know anything about ducks, but I know that it happens in chicks and is normal. Just the transition between fuzz and feathers.

Bald spots are pretty normal. They are usually more visible after they had a bath. As you are probably learning, it is really hard to keep them dry. They love to make a mess with their water, getting them wet and making those spots visible. Unless you see any skin irritation, this is pretty normal.
