Is this normal ? ...

My chicken is about 5 months old .. can't tell if he/she is an hen or rooster ... She/he started plucking out her/his feathers about 3 days ago .. what could it mean ? This is just today and yesterday

How much space do your birds have? Molting which is dropping feathers is normal. Pulling feathers out is not.

5 months is just about the right age for a final juvenile molt right before laying.

I just see feathers lying around.. and she is clean her feathers like usual ... Is she/he a hen or hooster?

You really need to get more. Chickens are flock animals who don't do well alone.

3 is usually considered the minimum.

I'm about 90% sure that you've got a Point-of-Lay pullet.

What are you feeding her? Her comb color is a bit pale for a Pullet about to lay.... Is she in a coop?

I feed her normal feed .. grower and I mix vitamins in her food .. I give her dried mealworms .. scramble eggs and pumpkin seeds as well e.g.

That sounds heavy on fatty treats.

Just like people, too much fat isn't good for chickens.
