Well, I was going to pipe up here and say that I thought that leaving such a fantastic forum for someone expressing their opinion that we where getting out of line would be pretty silly, but then I realized that someone deleted the 2 posts containing the word masturbation and roosterbation. This is absolutely ridiculous.
This sort of behavior reminds me of the kids parents across the street from the house I grew up in whom homeschooled their kids. The parents would not let them watch public television without a particular program being recorded, prewatched, certain parts where someone said penis or fart recorded over, then the kids could watch it. Listening to the radio too was off limits. I gave them a cb radio at some point only to have them return it a few days later because someone on the air said a curse word.
These same kids have grown up to be completely dysfunctional adults. If it where not for the church I believe they could not function. They both had normal jobs for a while ad did pretty well as they where both very intelligent, but something always tripped them up, whether it be them trying to tell people how they are living their lives wrong, or reporting stupid stuff to the boss like so and so taking paper clips out of the office. I think it is pretty sad that these people damaged their children so badly that they cannot live their lives without having to accept jobs from the church.
My point here is that kids will see and hear a LOT worse at school than something like was said here. If you tell me that you send your kids to private school for that reason I will tell you that maybe they need private internet as well, previously viewed and edited for content.
