I put 15 white silkie eggs into my incubator.

At day 7 i candeled them, 5 were not fertile and so i threw them out.

at day 14 i candeled again 3 more had blood ring and had died early on so i threw thos out.

On the 18th day i took the remaining 7 eggs off the turner and set them in the bottom of the incubator.

today is 19th day, when should i expect to notice the pipping to begin, and should the eggs have movement yet (no pipping no movement )

My Silkies usually hatch half way through day 20 through day 21. It can vary depending on temps. Too high they might hatch sooner and too low later. I wouldn't be concerned yet. Some pip and hatch quickly. Others can take a full day after they pip. Try and relax.

My husband thinks hatching chicks is more stressful than giving birth!

Don't worry. Mine didn't pip until day 20 and 21. They started chirping a few hours before they pipped. Keep us updated!!!

I take my eggs out of the turner the night of the 18th day
or the morning of the 19th day.

My silkies never pip until day 21

They hatch the night of day 21 into the morning of 22.
