Is this normal?

I've got 11 of 45 eggs left in the incubator. Some were quitters, some were infertile, and this is what I've got left. All but one now appear totally black inside, and I can't see any movement. There's only one that I can. The air sacks all are intact, but I can't see inside 10 of them. They're due to hatch the 5th/6th.

That isnt normal!!!! where did you get the eggs from??? you should tell the person that around 70-80% of the eggs were infertile

They are due to hatch tomorrow? The eggs should be almost totally dark inside. In fact, they shoudl probably be in lockdown.

Did you buy the eggs? If so, I would let the company know how many you hatched out. That is a very sad fertility rate. But it could all be your bator. Are you a first timer, or a seasoned hatcher?

Two weeks ago I put 14 eggs in my bator. I have widdled it down to maybe 4 today. BUT these are my own eggs. I know my roo is a bit... lacking.... in his manliness.

That's pretty normal I think....towards the end you can't see much at all except a big dark mass.....Ramp up the humidity and don't open the incy........Good luck to you!

The egss came from my own Black Australorps/Red sex links/Ameracaunas and a barred rock. The roos is a young Black Australorps mix...and theses were the 1st eggs of the season. I've been in lockdown since yesterday afternoon. 1st time hatcher. I have since isolated the Rooster and 4 hens . I plan on saving those eggs to hatch a few days after this cycle completes. Thanks for the replies!
