Is This Normal

This is my first time to incubate. I am trying to hatch silkies. I am on day 21 today. This morning I heard a peep coming from the incubator and it has been getting stronger as the day goes on. I can't see any holes or cracks. Now I can see some kind of liquid under one of the eggs. Is that liquid normal?

OOOOPPPPSSS!!!! I think it was condensation that dripped off the top and just happened to land so that it appeared it was leaking out from the egg. Moved the incubator gently and rolled the egg some and the liquid moved out from under the egg and it was clear like water and there are no cracks or pipps in the egg.
