Lol, yep, I used to think my ducks were lesbians. This was before I knew anything about poultry at all. It did help me figure out when Fred was going to start laying for the season, she would present herself to sketchy.

I have a pair of geese that do the same thing In their case it goes beyond mating though. She's actually sitting right beside her mate while her mate is broody. All while my Gander is off eating
