Is this normal?

My 1 and a half year old bearded EE hen has developed this wierd wattle-like thing under her beak (where wattles usually are). The only problem is there is only one "wattle", and from what I've read on the internet, bearded chickens aren't supposed to have wattles. It looks like one, it feels like one, but there is only one

P.S. She isn't acting or looking sick in any way.

She is just missing some of her beard feathers or just has more chin skin then most. It's normal. Often, she may have a friend that is over grooming her beard.
