Is this ocular mareks disease? I only noticed her eye had changed because I was looking at pictures from over the winter. If so, is there anything I can do? Do I need to do anything for the rest of my flock? I read mortality rate for ocular is about 25% but I also have found a lot of mixed info so any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

You mention her eye changed. How so?

I don't see anything concerning. Is she acting sick? Can she see to eat/drink and interact with her flock?

Usually with Ocular form of Marek's the eye will change to a gray color. Possible the eye will become pinpointed or misshaped liked in the link below.
