is this odd?

Are those birds alone? Do all the birds in the enclosure look that way? The first one, is it wet or is there a discharge from somewhere making it look wet? What is the male/female ratio where they are kept? Have you watched to see if anyone in the pen is picking on them? Have you looked for lice and mites? What do you feed them? At four weeks did you switch food before?
no they are not alone well i even had to cull the two severe ones..i am now down to 2 texas a&m in this coop..and one roo and one hen they are doing very fine and only a single mating when i offered them treats..that wet looks like its coming from the skin of the face itself..no mites or lice i guess..i now feed them chicken starter with a 20%protein (as there is now gamebird or other high quality feeds here)and give them calcium supplements and ambiplex(vitamins) since i started giving them crushed hard boiled eggs they are progressing slowly..and btw since they were a chick there was a sick chick in the flock that i didn't noticed earlier was not growing so well and the online avian thought it to be mycoplasmosis and one night i grab her and put some ointment to her skin that was the skin of the wings..after that she breathe slowly and then just died..😔..then all her flockmates were looking sick not that lame but poor plumage and latebooming..thes two are now crowing and laying consistently but still not yet fully feathered though..and so many lost feathers

what is the temp in the cage where you had to cull?? too hot in a brooder or grow-out cage past the 3rd week can cause those issues.

i don't know the temperature but i used 60 watt light bulb inside the coop when they were 3 years old and the coop was 1 feet tall and 1feet wide and 2 feet long..i housed 5 chick there..and later moved them to a bigger coop with 2 feet wide 3 tall wide and 3 feet long then i use the sand for the bedding( i washed the sand and the sand was not completely dried around 80% of it was dried and later i noticed those kinds of abnormalities

you may want to try a different bedding as well to see if it makes a difference
