I think it's too early to see for sure. Give it a couple weeks... and stance isn't a good way to judge gender either. The feathering seems to be female; roos get feathers later.
LOL I agree, that is a very rooster-y posture. I'm hoping it turns out to be a hen cuz we can't have roos in the city and it's so cute I'd have a heck of a time getting rid of it!
