Looks like a pullet. Post updated pics showing comb and wattles at 6 weeks to confirm. I am not great at sexing by duckwing down pattern.

I’d say pullet. This was the reply in regards to sexing from the breeder I got my Welsummer hatching eggs from “They aren’t technically auto-sexing nor are they sex-linked, but you can determine gender based on appearance of “eyeliner” in quality lines. Males also tend to have more of a red color to their chick down.”
 
oh my gosh!! she (or he) Is ADORABLE! but she's too young, it's easier to tell when they are 5-7 weeks old, i believe. but i'm not very good with this so maybe somebody else will say..
i figured mine out when they were getting their neck feathers in. pointed feather tips if it's a boy, rounded if it's a girl.
Welsummer can be sex linked at day one but I’m nore 100% sure
