Is this pair of 5 week old bantam frizzles roos or is one a hen?

The pictures are blurry and hard to tell. I would need a clearer one to tell. I also would like to know the age. From the looks of the pictures, they look like roos but its hard to tell.

They are 5 weeks old.
I vote roos but am not sure.
