is this pecking order?

Our 12 pullets are about 14 weeks old and seem to all get along wonderfully. One EE always stays back when I am passing out treats and sometimes makes no effort to get a treat. I do everything possible to share with her often with no luck. If I pick her up she won't take one from me. If I throw them out to her she either runs away or can't locate them before someone else gets it. No one ever picks on her. Is it that she is on the bottom of the pecking order or should I be concerned?

I wouldn't be concerned. However, are you certain your EE is a hen? Roosters will often hang back and let the hens eat their fill of treats before taking any for themselves. Yours is, however, a bit young to be exibiting that behavior.

"she" was sexed on this board by her color. So I am assuming she is a she. It just makes me feel bad that she seems to miss out.
