Is this pip okay?

Help!!
The chick hasn't broke through the membrane yet, this is how it looks, please help!
I can hear faint cheeping and small amount of a shell grinding/breaking, when I candle it I see the beak making contact with the membrane but it hasn't pierced it yet.

Its struggling, I don't know what to do!?

You don't have to do anything right now. He wouldn't be able to chirp if he hadn't pipped through the membrane somewhere already. I suspect he will hatch all on his own in the next few hours.

That's perfectly normal. Often the first pip doesn't fully pierce the membrane and the chick will later "unzip".
