Is this plant poison

Just wanted to ask what type of plant this is?

And will it poison my chickens if they were to eat?

That is vinca. I do not think it is toxic to chickens. It is in the ivy family.

I just googled it and aparently that is toxic to chickens? Maybe i should just go out and cut it all away to be on the safe side

Would chickens eat enough poisonous plants to kill them? Aren't most plants growing in the yard dangerous? I rely on the chickens to figure it out.

Supposedly lantana is poisonous to birds, almost everyone of my pheasant pens have lantana in them....hasn't poisoned one yet.

Found out on my local backyard chicken group that it is perriwinkle and its highly toxic.
I took it out of my garden.

Do yours eat the lantana? Iv'e got it everywhere too and they don't touch it. I have seen chicks take test bites but they don't do it more than maybe twice.

Yeah, they peck at it pretty often, they eat the berries too! Hasn't hurt them one bit.

Weird! Nobody has keeled over from test bites here either. I have seen wild birds take the berries and be just fine as well.
