Is this Ploymouth Chicken a rooster?

One of my chickens stand out from the others. It's back is black with white stripes like a hen but the chest is really white. He/she is 11 weeks old.

Can you tell the gender by the pictures?

It's a boy. In picture 2 you can see male feathers starting to grow in on the saddle and wings.

But, for future reference, please take photos where we can see the comb and saddle feathers.

Mixed breed cockerel. He's only a sexlink if the hen was the barred parent.
