Sorry you got it -- the itching is horrendous i know.

In emergencies you can rub plantain leaves on it (plantain that weed that grows everywhere in the lawn -- not the "banana" plantains from the Caribbean).

A paste made from witch hazel and baking soda will help dry it up as well. It may sting a little though. Hoping you find relief soon.
