Is this Polish a rooster or a hen?

I am a new chicken owner and one of my friends said I should be suspect of this chicken. She seems to think that is may turn out to be a rooster and not a pullet. She is around 12 weeks old. Doesn't crow but is very vocal and postures at all the other chickens. I myself, am on the fence with this one. All comments and opinions are welcome!

how old? its face is red and its top hat is kinda all over the place and with hens they tend to be very rounded so id say roo.

It's about 12 weeks old. I thought the same thing about it's top hat. Not very uniform is it. We don't mind if it ends up being a rooster. I didn't think anything of it until my friend mentioned that it was looking roosterish.

its a polish. I have one to and everyone says its a roo, Its about 3 years old and dont crow and lays eggs, Urs looks kinda girlish, not for sure tho. Mines Crest is more rounder than urs, and i believe urs has saddle feathers coming in, Heres mine...

It looks like a hen to me. I have a Gold Laced Polish hen that has top feathers that kinda flop to one side. I thought she was a rooster also. The legs and body on yours remind me of a hen.

Beautiful girl! This chick is proving to be tricky to sex. I was leaning toward hen because of the lack of red comb and wattles. But you are right, it does look like some saddle feathers might be coming in. The crest on males just seems to be a bit floppier. Oh what to I know! Thanks for your advice.
