Are these poos normal? My RIR was on antibiotics for 2 weeks and now is feeling lethargic.

I would give some probiotic plain yogurt--1 tablespoon daily in feed or mixed with egg, or use some probiotics. Is your RIR eating and drinking? Green poops can be a sign of not eating enough, or eating too many greens, even eating blueberries or red cabbage. Some tricks to getting them to eat are making a small bowl of mash of their usual feed, some egg and yogurt, and water to make it runny. Check the crop to tell if it is empty or puffy like a balloon.

This chicken is not eating too well nor is she drinking much. Her waddle, comb and face are puffy. I'm taking her to the vet today...

Thanks for the responses.

My chikens do poops like that when it is hot, as they drink more water, however in regards to the lethargy and puffy face, comb and wattle, it is a good idea to take her to the vets.
