Is this possibly a Maran and do you think its a rooster?

Is this possibly a Maran? She/he is so much bigger than the rest of my chickens. These are the best pictures I had. Is she possibly a he? The rest of my breeds I know what they are (though I am hoping they are all girls).

It's hard to tell in the picture, but are it's legs white? THe coloration is definitey coming in Cuckoo, so my vote is Maran.

I don't see any signs of roo so far.
