Is this pullet actually a rooster ?

We got a couple of bovans they are about 7 weeks still small but I’ve notice that this ones tail reminds me of how my roosters tail started they were all supposed to be pullets but any ideas ?

Thank you her tail is going upward when our other hens tails go straight out and she seems to copy our rooster A rooster is very young still he is 13 weeks just learning to grow and she seems as if she wants to try and copy him

She's a Red Sex Link, so by her coloring, she's guaranteed female! Tails aren't very good indicators of gender as a whole
