Is this pullet/hen a Gold Laced Wyandotte?

Hello,

We bought one of our chickens from a local feed store and they told us she was a brown leghorn, but after looking at pictures online I didn’t thing she looked like them, and think she might be a Gold Laced Wyandotte? She was about 10ish weeks when we got her so she’s about 5 1/2 months now. She hasn’t started laying, and seems to be a bit smaller than our black Australorp who is about the same age.

When I thought she was a leghorn I thought she fit some of the characteristics of leghorns that I had read about online (pretty flighty, doesn’t like to be held, a bit of a loner).

Yes, it's a golden-laced wyandotte, but with some other genes mixed in.

I don’t really mind what kind she is, although I was excited to get some white eggs as our other three lay brown. I guess it’s a good excuse to get couple more chickens

Yes, a GLW pullet, not quite ready to lay yet based on comb size but getting closer. She will lay brown eggs.

That is indeed a GLW. Feed stores, TSC specifically, is notorious for mixing up breeds.
