Where did the chick come from? If from a hatchery, probably pure NN. If from a backyard breeder, still possible but not guaranteed, so could be a mix. The gene for NN feathering is dominant, so crosses will still have less feathers and the naked necks.

It comes from a backyard breeder. The naked neck looks really clear even much more now after it is a few days older than on the picture.
