Naked Necks

I was wondering if Naked Neck pullets faces begin turning red sooner than other breeds?

The first one, I still have hope for… the second, I’m loosing hope… I’m afraid I may have just hatched all roosters. (There’s 5 others that are not Naked Necks.)
