Is this raccoon proof?

I've had this coop for two years with no issues but now have at least one raccoon in the neighborhood. The windows of my coop are sealed like this photo with 1/2 hardware cloths, staples, and the washers/screws.

Will this keep out raccoons?

LOoks top notch to me! Do they have a predator proof run with an apron? Raccoons will sometimes hunt during the day so being aware of this helps being prepared.My coop and run both are predator proof but I have to free range them so they can get more sun

Yes. Watch for deterioration from rust maybe 5 years out.

I do. And did a few updates on the run (mainly gaps around the door).

I definitely have some heightened anxiety with the raccoons.

What about this area? I have two of these where I have about an inch and a half hole with an extension cord coming out. The cord is usually unplugged but still lays in the hole for when it's needed. (I have fans for really hot nights) Should I be concerned about them chewing through the cord and pushing their hands/arms through?

I think you should redo the HC around the cord, you can do better.
