Is this really a hen?

Hey guys. This chick is anywhere between 15 - 20ish weeks guessing from when i got it and the size it was. Anyway everyone is saying its a hen but im not convinced looking at that comb . All my others are hens and have a single row comb (different breed however) but this one just looks different. Thoughts?
