LOL! You guyyyyys. It's not a "Weird BR with a rose comb" it's a Dominique.
That is 105.7% surely a Dominique pullet.

Dominique was one of the other listed chicks when we got her. Maybe they mixed them in the bins

Well you see, then she would have to have black shanks. With birds with black shanks, I expect much more yellow in the sole to come through. You are probably right, but I would still love some pictures...

The SOLE of the feet. That is it. She is definitely a pullet.

Looks like my Dominique, but mine didn’t have quite as much black on her legs. In the last pic, she’s the one on the edge of the box on the right.

Oh wow! Yes! Very similar! So pretty!

She’s my favorite, and a tough lady to boot. We were dog sitting for my brother in law and his mini Aussie got a bit too excited chasing the chickens. The dog pulled off most of her tail feathers and a chunk of skin on her back, but she survived and is back to normal now. Amazingly enough she kept laying as she healed, though she slowed down from her usual rate.
