Is this really a speckled sussex?

Hi there
I just bought a 7 day old chick from a breeder, she says it is a speckled Sussex but I am not sure. What I have read is that they have different marking, a brown eye line and mark down their back. She says that it is definitely a speckled Sussex due to the multi coloured feathers (she also sells buff Sussex’s and I thought maybe it looked more like one of those?). Is there anyone that can confirm for me?

That's not a speckled Sussex.
