Is This Reba Or Robert??

My 4 week old RIR is still feathering out while the sister is much further along in development. The position of the tail feathers is different from the rest also. Is Reba going to be Robert?

Well, I appreciate all the opinions. Like they say, when she crows, I'll know for sure. But she/he is the only one with those "rooster" looking tail feathers.
