Is this rhode island red a little roo?

My husband and I picked up 4 sexed chicks of various breeds about 10 weeks ago from the feed store. Almost immediately one chick has been suspect for being a roo. The rhode island red has a larger comb and waddle than the others (although it is hard to compare them because they are all different breeds!) and quickly established him/herself at the top of the pecking order. Could these characteristics be breed specific or is this chick a roo?

Well... my suspicions are confirmed.
Our little one definitely looks more like chickenmaniac's rooster. I guess that settles that. It's a good thing the store we got him from has a rehoming program. We can't have roosters inside city limits.
