Is this rooster a Dorking?

I'm not sure what this roo is. I've scanned BYC for the breeds and a Dorking is the closest I could come to. Any input is appreciated. He's the guy at the top of this photo.

Looks like a silver duckwing old english game bantam, or something of the sort, doesn't look stout enough to be a Dorking. Can you get a closer picture of him?

I vote silver leghorn but am not sure.
