is this salvageable?

My six chickens have Ben itchy lately so I decided I would put a second door in the group so I could clean it more thoroughly. When I removed one wall to turn it into a door, I find millions of these. I have a kilo of dusting powder with 5% carbaryl. Can this make this coop habitable again ? This infestation seems so extreme that party of me wonders if I need to burn it. I had inspected my chickens several tunes in the night and never saw anything. Phrase help. Thank you

Also, what do I do with the shavings? Normally they go in a big pile that my free range chickens like to scratch through looking for bugs. I feel terrible for not noticing earlier
 
If burning the pine shavings is an option, that's what I would do, but hauling them far away and dumping them or putting in trasg bags to be hauled away are some other methods. Mites must be sprayed or dusted every 7 days due to new ones hatching. Here are some good links to read to find out what you are seeing for sure:
